For nearly 30 years, our focus has been on the creation and maintenance of county government maps used by county appraiser's offices. Providing tax ownership and ag-use mapping services is the main reason Kimble Mapping was created.
As the State of Kansas moved towards the automation of these maps, our clients requested our services to assure them the best system for their needs. We expanded our services to meet the needs of county government. We developed a system appraiser’s offices can use immediately with ease and at an affordable cost now and in the maintenance of the system over time. Our extensive knowledge of and experience with traditional forms of mapping which has been beneficial in the world of GIS. We have provided services for 50 counties in Kansas with 27 of those being complete GIS conversions. Kimble Mapping is a forerunner in assisting local governments with their property mapping. It is our priority to stay abreast of the industry. We are uniquely qualified to assist counties in an advanced method of managing property map information.
